Comic & Webcomic Production Template (Clickup Version)
Comic & Webcomic Production Template is a cloud-based project management setup that I developed in Clickup for those who may need a lighter version workflow/pipeline productivity management system in comparison to the robust system I built on the Notion platform.Like the Notion version, the Clickup version has Tasks and Boards for writing your Scripts, adding Reference Files, working on your Story Development, etc. What it does not have, though, is an area for managing your project contact lists, accounting and budgeting, calendar scheduling, or creative journaling. This version is more geared toward writing your comic project(s), managing the creative production workflow, and organizing reference files.

*Clickup is similar to Notion. Both are cloud-based project management and workflow organization apps for individuals and businesses. Clickup allows you to keep track of your project files, write documents, keep track of schedules, manage your tasks & goals, output a mindmap of your tasks, assign team members to tasks, and collaborate with other members of your project, office, or team all via the cloud.*

Feel free to customize the Template according to your comic (or webcomic) project needs.
Each Task in the Template has Subtasks that go into detail about your Project needs. For example, the Task titled Production Art & Art Assets has several Subtasks such as Pencils, Inks, Colors, Letters, and Graphic Design. You can upload thumbnails of your comic process as you complete them. This way, you have a cloud-based record of your progress that you can always check, review, or share with anyone collaborating with you. Since all of you are AI creators, you can just modify the Subtask titles to fit your production requirements -- "AI Raw Gens (Generations)", "Photoshop Edits", "Lettered Pages", etc.
One word of warning, though, as with every free individual account on any app platform, be sure to check the maximum file size upload and cloud storage limit allotted to free accounts. The paid subscription accounts, however, have unlimited cloud storage.
