Map Generator for Comic Creators & Fiction Writers

A map generator for Comic Creators (and fiction writers) who need to include a fantasy or sci-fi map into their stories and world-building development work. It's not as in-depth as Inkarnate, but it does the job well enough to be used as content and/or story reference. You can keep auto-generating a map until you find one that suits your ideal world needs. Then, you can adjust the names of places, terrain, map size, etc. There’s an extensive list of options to play with! You can also export and import maps created within this online program.

Note: Click the top-left arrow in the window to show/hide the Options Menu. (I wish the developer had just made a visible menu interface.)

Back When Comics Had Suspenseful Cover Art

Action #393 (1970) "The Day Superboy Became Superman" - Curt Swan Cover.

Action #393 (1970) "The Day Superboy Became Superman" - Curt Swan Cover.

In the Golden and Silver Ages of the Comic Industry in the USA, comic book covers often previewed what the story was about. It was a way to tease the customers and fans into buying the comic issue, as well as summarizing in just one image what is to come.

Comic & Webcomic Production Template (Clickup Version)

Comic & Webcomic Production Template (Clickup Version)

Comic & Webcomic Production Template is a cloud-based project management setup that I developed in Clickup for those who may need a lighter version workflow/pipeline productivity management system in comparison to the robust system I built on the Notion platform.

Like the Notion version, the Clickup version has Tasks and Boards for writing your Scripts, adding Reference Files, working on your Story Development, etc. What it does not have, though, is an area for managing your project contact lists, accounting and budgeting, calendar scheduling, or creative journaling. This version is more geared toward writing your comic project(s), managing the creative production workflow, and organizing reference files.

View the attached images below to see how the Comic & Webcomic Production Template for Clickup looks once loaded as a Workspace in your Clickup account. If you would like to use the Notion version, a link is also provided in this post.

Blissful Dream

Digital art using Photoshop on a Wacom MobileStudio Pro 16. I was inspired by the song "Wonder" by the South Korean indie pop band.
